Mammoth mammatus skies produced by a dying severe storm hover over an old abandoned home just east of the small town of Last Chance, Colorado on the evening of June 8th of 2019. The beauty of Colorado's eastern plains is second to none.
I am a photographer originally from Ohio who relocated to Colorado in 2014 in an effort to capture the beauty of the mountainous landscape and the majesty of its incredible wildlife. In the Spring and early Summer I can be found out on the plains of eastern Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Wyoming in pursuit of severe storm structure and, of course, tornadoes. Hopefully you will enjoy my images half as much as I enjoyed capturing them for you. Thank you for stopping by to check out my images! P.S. - All of the wildlife images you see in my gallery were shot in the wild in it's natural habitat. Sincerely, Brian Gustafson. (720) 512-7545

Nice sense of scale, that home and rainbow are so tiny beneath that massive cloud!
Brian Gustafson replied:
Those are definitely some big skies! Thanks, William!
