Last night I went out to capture the Comet NEOWISE from the top of Golden, Colorado's South Table Mountain but I guess the sunset stole the show! This image was taken from South Table Mountain looking WNW on the evening of 7-15-2020.

Surprisingly yes! Even though there was some significant cloud cover I was still able to photograph the comet. It was nice to finally see it and I hope to capture some better post-worthy images of the comet in the coming days. Thanks, Claudia!
