If you've ever driven west on Interstate 70 out of Denver, Colorado heading to the high country you've almost certainly seen this incredible scene as you passed by the Bakerville exit. This is how the scene looked on the evening of 10-5-2016. This mountain is called Torreys Peak.

I am a photographer originally from Ohio who relocated to Colorado in 2014 in an effort to capture the beauty of the mountainous landscape and the majesty of its incredible wildlife. In the Spring and early Summer I can be found out on the plains of eastern Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Wyoming in pursuit of severe storm structure and, of course, tornadoes.
